Expression of Interest to Submit Projects for the Tourism Sector – Community Project “Smarties for SME’s”
With the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in the tourism sector, developing their ability to successfully carry out the dual green and digital transition, and promoting innovation, resilience, sustainability, and quality along the tourism value chain, in the upcoming month of November, we plan to release a chamber call for the granting of non-repayable contributions.
The call funds innovative projects in the tourism sector, referring to the following themes:
- regenerative tourism (tourism that focuses on the well-being and involvement of local communities)
- twin transition (green and digital), synergy between the tourism ecosystem and the agri-food ecosystem with a focus on the Mediterranean diet.
As anticipated during the project info days held last April, we now invite interested parties to submit an expression of interest for funding a project under the call to be issued in November.
The expression of interest is useful for conducting an initial review of proposals and offering consulting support, at the program’s expense, aimed at developing the project idea, searching for possible technical partners, drafting, and submitting the final project.
Companies registered in the Business Register with a legal and/or operational headquarters in the provinces of Lucca, Massa-Carrara, and Pisa can apply.
The expression of interest must be submitted to the chamber’s PEC, cameradicommercio@pec.tno.camcom.it using the following forms:
- Expression of Interest Form – Smarties for SMEs
- Expression of Interest Form – Additional Pages – Smarties for SMEs
N.B. The forms titled “additional pages” are to be used for describing the project idea, the estimated budget, and any co-financing and/or other funding sources to be used. More than one can be used, (each folder contains up to 1800 characters).
