Taking a bicycle ride along the coast from Marina di Carrara to Cinquale is a great way to discover the beauty of the Apuan Riviera. Starting from the Marina di Carrara marina, you can follow the bike path in the direction of Viareggio, enjoying panoramic views of the mountains to the left. Along the way, you have the opportunity to admire numerous beaches, including the free beach of Marina di Carrara, a popular place for relaxation and fun among younger people. Continuing toward Forte dei Marmi and passing the various traffic lights, one easily arrives in the area called Partaccia in Marina di Massa, famous for its campgrounds, pine forests, and the Torre Marina tourist village, once known as the old Fiat Tower.

Continuing along the route, you reach the center of Marina di Massa, where you can stop at one of the seafood restaurants along the waterfront or take a leisurely stroll on the hamlet’s distinctive pier. Continuing along the coastal bicycle path, it is possible to arrive at Bad Kissingen Square, where one can admire the marble monument entitled Le Vele, by sculptor Pino Castagna.

Not far from the center of Marina di Massa and continuing on the bicycle path, one can easily reach Cinquale, a hamlet of Montignoso. Among the various attractions in the area you can find the Beach Club, one of the most famous clubs in Versilia, located directly on the Cinquale beach, where you can enjoy an apericena, dinner, or after-dinner drink, listen to music, and enjoy relaxing on the beach after your bike ride.

Cinquale also features several bathing lidos and restaurants where you can relax and is in close proximity to the center of Forte dei Marmi. Visiting it also makes it possible to explore several attractions and make the most of a day of biking along the Tuscan coast.
